Our expert-designed training options support every fitness level, from first-timers building a foundation to experienced athletes optimizing performance. Each program is structured to deliver measurable results with professional guidance at every stage.

FOUNDATION

Beginner-friendly training designed to build confidence, consistency, and a strong base of movement, strength, and conditioning.

Foundation will help you establish a great base of strength, mobility, and endurance that you can build on.

Cardio + Strength Training (Dumbbells and Kettlebells only)

Goal: Weight loss / baseline strength / improve stamina

PERFORM

A higher-intensity program centered around barbell training, progressive strength work, and athletic conditioning for those ready to push their performance.

You can expect to challenge your coordination, lift heavy, and breath hard in this program.


Strength Training + Conditioning

(Barbells + Dumbbells + Kettlebells+ Calisthenics)

Goal: Gain strength / bigger muscles / improve overall fitness

HYROX

Competition-specific training built for the demands of HYROX, combining running, functional strength, and race-focused conditioning.

Ready for a new challenge?

HYROX is a global fitness race that combines endurance and strength. It consists of eight 1-kilometer runs interspersed with eight functional fitness exercises, resulting in a total distance of 8 kilometers. 

HYROX race outline:

Round 1: 1 km run, followed by 1000m Ski Erg

Round 2: 1 km run, followed by 50m Sled Push

Round 3: 1 km run, followed by 50m Sled Pull

Round 4: 1 km run, followed by 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

Round 5: 1 km run, followed by 1000m Row

Round 6: 1 km run, followed by 200m Farmers Carry

Round 7: 1 km run, followed by 100m Sandbag Lunges

Round 8: 1 km run, followed by 75 or 100 Wall Balls 

Whether you're training to do a HYROX or just wanting to try a new format, this program will improve your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Cardio endurance + Muscular endurance training

(Running + Sleds + Sandbags + Dumbbells + Kettlebells)

Goals: Improve fitness / race prep
