Cardio + Strength Training (Dumbbells and Kettlebells only)

Let the gains begin! This program is designed to increase your strength. Every workout is built around a barbell movement. We focus on improving the big three lifts, back squat, bench press, and deadlift. This program is also great for anyone wanting to make an aesthetic change to their body.
Strength Training (Barbells, Dumbbell, Kettlebells, and Bands)

Bring it on! Be ready to take your fitness to a new level with this program. Perform is designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness. We define fitness as being ready for whatever life throws at you. These workouts are a blend of cardio/strength and are great for anyone looking for a more challenging program.
