Learn to work with a barbell! You can expect to back squat, bench press, and deadlift in this program.
Strength Training (Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and Bands)
Goal: Gain strength / bigger muscles

Be ready to take your fitness to a new level!
These functional training workouts are designed to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
Fitness can be defined as being ready for whatever life throws at you. Run a mile, lift a heavy bag of soil, or just be a badass!
You can expect to challenge your coordination, lift heavy, and breath hard in this program.
