For this week’s post I want to focus on a quick mobility drill you can do before or during a workout. I picked this drill in particular because of how little setup or equipment is required. If you feel a pinch or a clicking in your shoulders before or during your warm up sets do this. It won’t fix the underlying issue but it will create enough space for you to get a workout in while reducing your risk of injury. Try it out and let me know if you have any questions.
